*Delayed Shipping Notice*

Due to New York State's current Executive Order limiting non-essential businesses, our production facilities are currently closed. All orders received on or after March 20th, will have an estimated shipment window upon operations resuming to normal.

We are still accepting orders and will be waiving all shipping fees through the end of April. 

Our return window will also be extended from 14 days to 60 days to accommodate the delays.

How will I be charged for shipping?

We currently offer a $6.00 flat fee for shipping. Note, this is subject to change based on the weight of the package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do.

When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number and confirmation.

I received the wrong item or am missing an item, what should I do?

Sorry this happened and we want to resolve the issue quickly. Please email help@social-goods.com and we’ll address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the item you received in your email.

What is your return policy?

Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase! You’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of receiving the package. To request a return, please email us at returns@social-goods.com.

Can I exchange my items?

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please email us at returns@social-goods.com.
