Do I need an account to make a purchase on Social Goods?

Nope! We don’t require you to set up an account to shop on Social Goods, but we encourage you to do so for easy access to your order information and history. If you would like to set up an account, please go here.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Shipping

How will I be charged for shipping? 

We currently offer a $6.00 flat fee for shipping. Note, this is subject to change based on the partner.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do.

When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number and confirmation.

I received the wrong item or am missing an item, what should I do? 

Sorry this happened and we want to resolve the issue quickly. Please email help@social-goods.com and we’ll address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the item you received in your email.

Returns

What is your return policy? 

Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase! You’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of receiving the package. To request a return, please email us at returns@social-goods.com.

Can I exchange my items?
